This remote role combines analytical expertise with consulting skills to deliver impactful results across diverse initiatives.

The position supports solution leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation, building accelerators, dashboards, and reusable assets for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required + 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in government health and human services or similar public-sector environments preferred.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear solution components, processes, staffing, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Produce analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation to develop complete, compliant solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, and operational demand projections.
• Quantify solution impacts, ROI, and value realization to support solution development.
