• Experience translating client needs into solution components and process flows.
• Experience in government health and human services or similar public-sector environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation needed for complete, compliant solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, and operational demand projections.
• Quantify solution impacts, ROI, value realization, and operational implications to support solution development and decision-making.
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Document assumptions, data sources, calculations, constraints, risks, and dependencies for solution models.
• Build accelerators, dashboards, models, and reusable assets to improve speed, quality, and consistency across pursuits.
