Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Business Solutions Lead to guide complex solution design initiatives, influence business transformation, and deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful impact for clients and communities.

This is a remote opportunity. The role requires owning end-to-end solution strategy and architecture, coordinating cross-functional teams, and presenting credible narratives to executive stakeholders throughout pursuit, proposal, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading solution design workstreams for complex pursuits or transformation.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for assigned opportunities.
• Establish design principles, guardrails, and decision criteria for delivery teams.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and alignment across technical and pricing components.
• Assign priorities and oversee analysts supporting solution development.
• Review and synthesize outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategy.
• Translate findings into executable solution decisions and proposal content.
• Develop and contribute to proposal solution content that is internally consistent.
