Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to partner with stakeholders, drive operational improvements, support solution design, and develop innovative strategies that enhance program performance. This remote role offers opportunities to apply analytics and business acumen across complex initiatives.

You will produce analyses, forecasts, and documentation, maintain models, and build reusable assets while collaborating with operations, pricing, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience supporting solution design, business process analysis, or consulting for complex programs.
• Ability to translate client needs into practical solution components and materials.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation needed to develop complete, compliant, and executable solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, and other analytical tools used across pursuits.
• Quantify solution impacts, ROI, value realization, and operational implications to support solution development and decision-making.
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Document assumptions, data sources, calculations, constraints, risks, and dependencies for solution models.
