You will lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and present outcomes to leadership and clients. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in government health and human services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience required.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills are essential.
• Experience leading solution design workstreams for complex pursuits or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for assigned opportunities.
• Establish design principles, guardrails, and decision criteria for teams.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure integrated, delivery-ready solutions by managing dependencies and risks.
• Assign workstreams to analysts and synthesize outputs for proposals.
• Translate findings into executable solution content and proposal materials.
• Present solution approaches to leadership, capture teams, and stakeholders.
