Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in government health and human services, contact center, eligibility, Medicaid, SNAP, unemployment insurance, workforce services or similar public-sector environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts and documentation for complete, compliant solutions.
- Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations and operational demand projections.
- Quantify solution impacts, ROI, value realization and operational implications to support solution development.
- Evaluate alternative solution approaches through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
