Maximus is seeking a Business Solutions Lead to guide complex solution design initiatives and drive transformation for clients and communities. This fully remote role requires strategic oversight, workshops with cross-functional teams, and leadership across the opportunity lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience leading solution design for complex pursuits or transformations.
Ability to align operations, technology, pricing, staffing, and delivery into a coherent solution.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for assigned opportunities.
Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid to delivery.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams to define solution approach.
Translate strategy into executable solution narratives and proposal content.
