Job summary
primion Technology GmbH is seeking a Solution Manager for Workforce Optimization & Compliance. This remote role focuses on shaping compliant, future‑proof workforce planning, shift optimization, and personnel cost control within HR, ERP, and access control ecosystems.
You will act as the domain owner for Workforce solutions, coordinating with Product Management, R&D, Legal, Sales, and customers to drive strategic initiatives and deliver value across regions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of working experience in workforce management, HR IT systems, time & attendance, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of working time regulations and collective agreements.
- Ability to define features based on user needs, business value and strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and advance the workforce management portfolio.
- Define target architectures and solution components.
- Develop SaaS and vertical solution concepts.
- Ensure compliance with working time laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, ERP, time & attendance and access control systems on interfaces.
- Create business cases and value arguments for key accounts.
