TalentNeuron is seeking a customer-focused Solution Consultant to partner with Sales in helping enterprise organizations solve complex workforce challenges. You will engage prospects through discovery, deliver business-focused demonstrations, design solution approaches, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales for complex B2B SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to partner with Account Executives through multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience presenting to HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, and technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and deliver business-focused demonstrations.
• Design solution approaches and act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Experience to ensure value realization.
