Job summary
Continuum Performance Management Consulting, a leader in labor management and optimization for Fortune 500 clients, seeks a forward-thinking Manager to drive design and execution of optimization programs across large-scale distribution and manufacturing initiatives. Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, & Manufacturing Optimization.
- Proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Proven leadership experience in industrial engineering, operations, or technical program management within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Deep expertise in supply chain optimization and transformation project execution.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site or enterprise-scale transformation projects.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data analysis, supply chain systems, change management and operational improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end design and deployment of strategic, high-impact client initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership to define strategic goals and exceed client project deliverables and expectations.
- Oversee engineering and project teams to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and business objectives
- Mentor Continuum resources and assets to support project success and Associate professional development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on operational best practices and technology-enabled process improvements.
- Guide project and client deliverables supporting Continuum's culture of excellence, innovation, value and success.
