Job summary
360Learning is seeking a Solution Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects for client onboarding and platform deployment. You will work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to define architecture, guide integrations (APIs, SSO, third-party apps), and ensure successful deployment across environments.
Within the role, you will manage client relationships, conduct workshops, and drive repeatable processes to scale delivery while enabling product adoption and platform value
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role.
- Deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related.
- Understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting.
- Solution-oriented, client-first mindset in everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and manage end-to-end implementation projects.
- Drive project management to ensure successful platform deployment and handover to support.
- Host workshops with clients to support platform customization and structuring.
- Deliver technical expertise on integrations and troubleshooting across environments.
- Develop repeatable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
