Job summary

Sardine is seeking a Solutions Architect Lead to guide client onboarding for our fraud and compliance products. You’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive successful deployments in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

This hands-on position collaborates with clients and internal teams to design API-driven integrations, own documentation, monitor timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables while shaping product feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation/integration roles across multiple teams.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS within payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, JSON analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an integration team delivering onboarding and scalable solutions.
• Partner with clients during onboarding to ensure success.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support docs.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions leveraging Sardine tech.
• Manage project timelines, quality, risk, and deliverables.
• Develop deep understanding of customer problems and translate to solutions.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
