Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of legal billing experience in law firms or legal software companies.
• 3+ years of software implementation experience in billing or financial software.
• Strong client delivery skills, including running workshops and managing multiple projects.

• Lead discovery sessions with billing and finance teams to understand current processes.
• Design and configure billing setups on the company's platform, including rates and invoice templates.
• Set up time and expense capture processes, including cost recovery and markups.
• Build workflows for pre-bill review and billing adjustments.
• Implement e-billing setups, ensuring compliance with client guidelines.
• Design accounts receivable and collections processes, including payment applications.
• Deliver comprehensive billing and financial reporting to clients.
