Litify is hiring a Solution Architect, Legal Billing for a fully remote role across the United States. You will lead time and billing workflows for law firm implementations, design billing configurations in Litify and Salesforce, and manage AR, collections, and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Legal billing experience: 3+ years in law firm billing, finance, or legal billing software.
• 3+ years in software implementation or consulting on time, billing, or financial software.
• Strong client delivery: run workshops, present to executives, manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery with firm billing and finance teams to map time and expenses and invoice workflows.
• Design billing setups on Litify and Salesforce including rates, fee structures, and invoice templates.
• Configure time/expense capture, codes, costs, and markups.
• Build pre-bill review workflows and AR/collections processes.
• Set up e-billing (LEDES/UTBMS) and client guidelines; deliver financial reporting.
