Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.

• Strong client delivery skills, including running workshops and managing multiple projects.

• Design and configure billing setups on the company's platform, including rates and invoice templates.
• Set up time and expense capture processes, including cost recovery and markups.
• Build workflows for pre-bill review and billing adjustments.

• Design accounts receivable and collections processes, including payment applications.
• Deliver comprehensive billing and financial reporting to clients.

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Architect, Legal Billing to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will guide legal billing implementations from discovery through configuration and client delivery, with a strong focus on aligning billing operations to business needs. The position partners closely with billing, finance, and client stakeholders to design effective workflows, reporting, and compliance-driven processes. It is well suited for someone who blends legal billing expertise with software implementation experience and a consultative approach to solution design.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000 annually
