Job summary

ThisWay Global is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge advanced AI and HPC infrastructure design with real-world customer environments. You will partner with customers, sales, and engineering to translate complex distributed systems into practical, deployable solutions that perform under pressure.

You will lead pre-sales engagements, design architectures for imperfect environments, and ensure alignment between design and delivery while operating in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems, infrastructure, or complex technical environments.
• Ability to discuss system behavior, tradeoffs, and constraints clearly.
• Comfort engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
