Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Solution Advisor to partner with clients on CDI product implementations and workflow optimization. You will guide change management, act as SME, and coordinate across teams to ensure client success.

The role requires extensive CDI and inpatient coding experience, with certifications such as RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CIC/CDIS or CCDS. Occasional travel up to 50% may be needed; relocation is not authorized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist, or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of experience as a CDI specialist, or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Poses one of the following current and valid certifications; RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include knowledge of Solventum technology, EMR workflows, and ability to manage multiple project streams and teams

Responsibilities

• Execute with clients to implement CDI products according to best practices
• Guide client in change management and workflow optimization
• Advocate for the customer and track issues to resolution
• Own the client relationship and coordinate activities across the organization
• Define and track KPIs based on client satisfaction
