Job summary

Solventum is seeking an experienced Solution Advisor – Coding to join our remote team. You will partner with clients to map workflows, optimize coding processes, and drive adoption of Solventum solutions in healthcare settings.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Health Information Management/clinical coding, HIMAA eligibility, strong communication, and proven leadership across projects. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with diverse casemix.
• Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications.
• Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Execute workflow discovery and adoption with clients; deliver advanced optimisation for Solventum product lines.
• Strategize with clients on short- and long-term goals, review current-state workflows and suggest improvements.
• Provide client care and advocacy; log issues and escalate as needed using standard procedures.
• Lead and coordinate relationships across the client organization; align teams to client success.
