Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare technology leader, seeks an Autonomous Coding Integration Specialist to design, validate, and troubleshoot HL7/FHIR interfaces within Epic environments. You will collaborate with client integration teams and analysts to ensure successful deployment of autonomous coding solutions.

The role emphasizes testing, workflow validation, and go-live readiness, with remote work and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher OR seven (7) years of computer or data integration experience.
• High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of computer or data integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, validate, and troubleshoot HL7 and HFIR interfaces including ADT, ORM, ORU, MDM, and financial interfaces.
• Collaborate with client integration teams, Epic analysts, and implementation consultants to ensure successful deployment of autonomous solutions.
• Support interface testing, workflow validation, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure inbound and outbound data flows meet business and technical requirements.
• Support charge capture, charge routing, coding, and billing processes within Epic environments.
• Assist in validating autonomous coding outputs and downstream billing outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison among Product Management, Engineering, Implementation Services, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Assist Implmentation teams with complex production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Develop approaches to integration challenges and operational workflows.
• Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and technical documentation.
• Transform ideas into scalable solutions to improve customer outcomes.
