Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Manager to join SDI Services, leading day-to-day project execution for drilling, pile installation, and solar PV work. You will plan, schedule, and control budgets, coordinate with procurement and field teams, and ensure contractual compliance and safety.

The role is fully remote with travel to project sites. A 4-year Construction degree and 7+ years PM experience are required; PMP is preferred but not required. Compensation ranges $110,448–$138,060 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction (or related field) from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience or equivalent in project management for drilling/solar projects.
• PMP preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control project execution including budgets and schedules.
• Determine technical skills and staff hours for project.
• Obtain, analyze, and circulate project information to team.
• Prepare reports and documentation for client and management.
• Prepare change orders and notices for client and management.
• Manage schedules and budgets for proposals and close-outs; coordinate with procurement.
• Interface with customer at professional/technical level.
• Set goals for field management and vendors; motivate to stay on task.
• Ensure safety policies and best practices are followed.
• Attend site walks and pre-construction meetings.
