Job summary

Solve Energy, Inc. through SDI Services offers a fully remote Project Manager role focused on solar PV projects, drilling, and pile foundation installation.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality across multiple projects. Ideal candidates hold a 4-year construction degree with 7+ years of experience, strong MS Project and Procore skills, and a proven leadership ability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional email and letter composition
• MS Project scheduling experience
• Reading and understanding construction plans and specs
• Ability to work flexible hours and in dynamic environment
• PMP preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of projects
• Determine technical skills and staff hours for project success
• Prepare reports and change order documentation
• Manage schedules and budgets for proposals and close outs
• Coordinate material logistics and vendor coordination
• Maintain customer relationships at technical level and ensure safety standards
