Job summary

Sunrun is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to convert pre-qualified solar leads into customers. You will handle inbound transfers through a dialer, discuss pricing and terms, and present custom solar proposals.

You will guide customers from sale to installation, using screen shares to demonstrate solutions and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Join a remote team that values relationship building, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• The ability to communicate fluently in English is an essential function of this role.
• Fluency in another language is a plus.
• Basic digital literacy; experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is a bonus.
• Previous sales experience is encouraged.
• Excel in a remote team setting, working effectively in an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound pre-qualified transfer leads through a dialer to explore pricing and terms and provide custom solar proposals.
• Drive solar projects from sale to installation using Sunrun's core values to impact customers.
• Develop meaningful relationships to build trust and loyalty; follow up with receptive leads to drive sale.
• Demonstrate product/service to customers via screen shares and guide enrollment electronically.
• Prioritize tasks to deliver an outstanding customer experience and meet monthly sales targets.
• Run and track customer progress in a CRM tool.
