Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Solar EPC Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will own the delivery lifecycle on utility-scale solar construction projects, coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance.

The position offers strong benefits and room for advancement. The ideal candidate has a 4+ year background in PM for commercial/industrial construction or EPC solar, experience in renewables, and the ability to manage 10–15 projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in PM for commercial/industrial construction or utility-scale solar EPC projects.
• Experience in renewable energy or EPC environment preferred.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with project management financials and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle as a service provider on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance as the client contact.
• Manage lifecycle from contract signature through commissioning, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Review contracts, drawings, and system design documentation.
• Provide proactive, timely information to internal teams and anticipate needs.
