Job summary

Amica Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar EPC projects across the United States. You will drive delivery from engineering through commercial operation, overseeing schedules, budgets, procurement and contracts while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, self-perform construction background, a relevant engineering degree, and the ability to travel roughly 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management for large EPC projects.
• Self-perform construction experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility-scale solar EPC projects from pre-construction through commercial operation.
• Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts and commercial performance.
• Coordinate engineering, construction and client activities across distributed sites.
• Ensure safety, quality and operational performance on projects.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor performance to meet milestones and financial goals.
