Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Solar Project Manager to own the full delivery lifecycle of utility-scale solar construction projects in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in EPC or renewable energy project management, with a proven ability to manage 10-15 concurrent projects, strong cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with PM/CRM tools. This permanent position offers excellent benefits and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management related to commercial & industrial construction, utility-scale solar construction projects, or other construction related projects of similar size and scope.
• Experience within an EPC company or renewable energy industry is preferred.
• Track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage 10-15 projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with project management, financial management, and CRM software (e.g., Airtable, NetSuite, HubSpot).
• Proven experience with PV solar systems, Wind Energy, SCADA systems, Power Monitoring Systems, or meteorological equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle as a service provider on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Cross-department collaboration and act as the main client contact in the EPC space.
• Manage project lifecycle from contract signature through commissioning with Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance alignment.
• Review and interpret contracts, construction drawings, and system design documentation.
• Proactively provide accurate, timely information to internal departments and anticipate needs.
