Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Solar Project Manager to own the full delivery lifecycle on utility-scale solar EPC projects in a fully remote role. You will coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance to ensure contracts move from signature to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in solar/construction PM, EPC or renewable energy experience, and the ability to manage 10-15 projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in PM for commercial/industrial construction or utility-scale solar projects.
• Experience in EPC or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Ability to manage 10-15 projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Serve as main client contact, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, Finance.
• Manage contracts from signature to commissioning, ensuring scope and schedule alignment.
• Review contracts, drawings, and system design documentation.
• Provide timely information to internal departments, anticipating needs.
