Job summary

Jobot in the United States is seeking an experienced Solar EPC Project Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own the complete delivery lifecycle on utility-scale solar construction projects and coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, and Finance to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or PM with 4+ years in relevant projects, EPC/renewable energy experience, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in project management for commercial/industrial or utility-scale solar/construction.
• Experience in EPC or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Ability to manage 10–15 projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with PM, financial management, and CRM software (Airtable, NetSuite, HubSpot).
• PV solar, wind, SCADA, Power Monitoring Systems, or meteorological equipment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle as a service provider on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Collaborate across departments; serve as primary client contact in EPC space.
• Manage lifecycle from contract through commissioning; align scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Review contracts, drawings, and system design documentation.
• Provide accurate, timely information to internal teams; anticipate needs.
