About the Role

Our client, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Remote Solar Energy Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of solar energy projects across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing solar PV installations from conception through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, risk management, and leading distributed project teams. Requirements

• Proven experience managing solar PV projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of solar technology, system design, and installation processes.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with contract management and financial oversight of projects.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
