The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management with energy sector focus, experience leading remote teams, and proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana. A PMP/PgMP is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management of renewable energy initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.


• Develop strategic project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and risk assessments.


• Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, regardless of geographical distribution.


• Engage and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.


• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.


• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.


• Facilitate clear and consistent communication through regular reporting and status updates to senior management and stakeholders.


• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management methodologies and renewable energy solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on the energy sector, particularly renewables.


• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.


• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote or distributed teams.


• Excellent understanding of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy focus), or a related technical discipline.


• Advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, PgMP) are highly advantageous.


• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
