Job summary

The Business Development Manager at Array Tech, Inc. will drive sales to solar EPCs, developers and IPPs from a home office within the United States. The role requires understanding customer metrics and advocating for customers by defining requirements and identifying new value opportunities.

Travel is expected at 30-50% as needed. Candidates should have 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably with an industrial product, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience; industrial product preferred.
• Experience in solar, renewables, or power generation equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Array Technologies’ products and services to Solar EPCs, Developers and IPPs.
• Strengthen customer relationships by understanding objectives and value.
• Create and manage annual sales plans for Array's customers.
• Lead responses to RFQs and close sales; develop proposals to protect market share.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams on challenging customer requirements.
