Job summary

Array Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the U.S. solar market. You will engage with EPCs, developers and IPPs, understand customer objectives, and translate them into compelling value propositions.

You will lead the annual sales plan, manage RFQs, and collaborate with product and sales teams to address complex customer needs while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience.
• Experience in solar, renewables, or power generation equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Array Technologies’ products and services to Solar EPCs, Developers and IPPs.
• Strengthen customer relationships by understanding customer objectives and how Array can support them.
• Create and manage annual sales plan for Array's customers.
• Explain product differentiation and economic value proposition to customers.
