Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales, preferably with an economically differentiated industrial product.
• Experience in solar, renewables, or power generation equipment markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Array Technologies Product and Services to Solar EPCs, Developers and IPPs.
• Strengthen Arrays existing customer relationships by understanding customer objectives and how Array can support them.
• Create and manage annual sales plan for Arrays customers.
• Ensure customers, contractors, and industry players understand Arrays product differentiation and value proposition.
• Be head of the curve for upcoming customer activities and projects.
• Understand in depth each prospective customers concerns and decision variables.
• Lead Arrays response to RFQs and close sales.
• Define and develop proposals for Array products to maintain or enhance market share.
• Work with sales and product management teams to address challenging customer requirements or field issues
