Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical experience (preferred).
- Proficient in English for client-facing communication.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Atlassian tools is preferred.
- Background in renewable energy project design or geospatial analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line application support via email, phone, and video within SLAs.
- Troubleshoot UI and API issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain organized records of customer requests and outcomes.
- Educate customers to maximize value from the product suite.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-train to improve outcomes.
- Contribute to internal/external self-help documentation.
