Energy Toolbase Software Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the frontline expert helping solar developers and energy professionals maximize the value of our platform.
You will provide high-level technical assistance to ensure users can accurately simulate project economics, analyze utility rates, and deploy energy storage systems. In this role, you will own ticket triage in Salesforce, guide data uploads, troubleshoot issues, and relay user feedback to improve the Energy
Competenze
- Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
- Strong SaaS/technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts.
- Knowledge of solar industry basics and energy storage is helpful.
- Proficient with Excel/CSV files and data analysis.
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving.
Mansioni
- Guide users through end-to-end solar + storage proposals and troubleshoot results.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in utility rate schedules.
- Manage intake and triage in Salesforce; document steps to resolution.
- Assist with uploading and formatting interval data (Green Button, 15-minute, or hourly).
- Identify software bugs, reproduce issues, and report steps.
- Provide feedback on pain points to help shape the roadmap.
- Maintain global utility rate data to ensure accuracy.
