Job summary

Daxko is seeking Software Trainers to help customers succeed from day one by guiding onboarding and training of our software for member-based organizations. You’ll partner with customers to ensure they can confidently use our software to power their organizations and communities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in training, customer support, education, or a related field.
• Confidence leading conversations and presenting information to groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex or unexpected situations.
• Comfort working independently, managing your time, and prioritizing competing needs.
• A calm, professional approach when handling challenging customer situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technology and teach others how to use it effectively.
• A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, effective training sessions for a wide range of customers with different needs and experience levels.
• Travel to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth, successful transition.
• Serve as a primary trainer for small to mid-sized implementations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, supportive training experience.
• Gather and apply customer feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes.
• Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and resources.
• Develop a strong understanding of Daxko's products and the member-based organizations we serve.
• Contribute to team goals and OKRs, and support process improvement initiatives.
