Job summary

Bridgeway Benefit Technologies LLC is seeking a Software Trainer to design and deliver interactive training for our enterprise benefits administration software. You will independently learn customer configurations, build curricula for internal teams and customers, and deliver live sessions via Teams, with travel as needed.

The role emphasizes high ownership, collaboration with product managers and SMEs, and ongoing material development to reflect product changes and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering technology-based training to adult learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to partner with subject matter experts given complex configurable software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Technical writing experience with job aids, quick-reference guides, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Experience with generative AI tools (Claude and Copilot) to improve training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing training end to end.
• Learn product configurations and build curriculum for internal and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain training materials (exercises, job aids, guides).
• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and SMEs to keep curriculum current.
• Deliver customer training virtually and on-site; tailor to customer configurations.
• Manage training schedules and deployments across accounts.
• Gather feedback and data to improve content and delivery.
• Consult with customers on training scope for complex projects.
