Job summary

Bridgeway Benefit Technologies LLC is seeking a customer-facing Project Manager to guide clients through discovery and implementation of our software suite, ensuring optimal use of Bridgeway products to improve processing, calculations, and workflows.

The role is remote with up to 15% travel within the U.S. and Canada. East coast candidates are preferred. You will lead project plans, manage teams, monitor milestones, and communicate results to stakeholders while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading and delivering complex projects for external stakeholders.
• Experience implementing enterprise software or technology solutions.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from project kick-off through go-live and transition to support.
• Manage communications, escalations, and expectations with stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and estimates in PSA tools.
• Ensure on-time and in-budget delivery with accurate forecasting of financials.
• Assess resources and manage allocation to meet objectives efficiently.
• Maintain project scope, margin objectives, and billable utilization targets.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in process improvement to speed time-to-market for projects.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer to Client Services teams.
• Track portfolio performance against key metrics and drive improvements.
