Job summary

Sunbird Software is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US. The role involves engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities through the sales pipeline with remote product demonstrations.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success teams, manage inbound/outbound activities, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets while staying informed on Sunbird Software offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Experience with CRM systems and data entry accuracy.
Ability to qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Engage prospects by phone, email, video, and online channels to understand needs.
Qualify inbound leads and convert into active engagements.
Prospect to develop new opportunities within target regions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
Schedule and deliver remote product demonstrations.
