Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead client projects remotely in the United States. You will plan, execute and monitor complex software implementations with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budgets, risks, and communications, coordinating with stakeholders, and producing project artifacts while supporting PMO initiatives and process improvements. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology, plus a minimum of three years software implementation and services experience.
• 3+ years PM experience with external clients with proven experience as a strategic thinker able to solve complex issues.
• Experience with planning, executing and tracking complex software rollout in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, stakeholders, communications, resources, financials and risks.
• Coordinate with client project managers to ensure successful project scope completion.
• Develop project plans covering data conversion, software releases, deployment, training and rollout.
• Monitor and report project status and health metrics to stakeholders.
• Act as project communications hub and support PMO standards and tool updates.
• Create proposals, statements of work and project execution plans.
• Identify risks and escalated issues and implement resolutions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and apply learnings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
