Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead internal and external client projects of varying size with a matrixed team. The PM plans, directs and coordinates all project activities to ensure deliverables, timelines and budgets are met with high quality and customer satisfaction from pre-sales through implementation and transition to support.

Key duties include managing plans for data conversion, software releases, training and deployment; tracking progress and health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology and 3+ years of PM experience.
• Experience managing external client projects with a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and software implementation projects.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 50%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with client PMs and stakeholders to align scope.
• Prepare project plans covering data conversion, customization, releases, training and rollout.
• Develop and report project status and health metrics.
• Act as the communications hub for the project and PMO collaboration.
