Job summary

Aumentum Technologies seeks an energetic Project Manager to lead internal and external client projects with a matrixed team. You will plan, direct, and coordinate all activities to meet deliverables, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction from pre-sales through implementation and transition to support.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Technology, 3+ years PM experience with external clients, and strong leadership, communication, and Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology and at least three years in software implementation.
• Minimum 3+ years of PM experience with external clients and a proven strategic thinker.
• Experience planning and delivering complex software rollouts, preferably using Agile/Scrum.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and adapt to diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client projects from planning through to delivery and support.
• Coordinate with matrixed teams, track budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Develop project plans including data conversion, customization, testing, and rollout.
• Provide regular status updates and executive communications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
