Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead internal and external client projects of varying size and complexity in a remote, nationwide capacity. You will direct project activities to meet deliverables, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high client satisfaction from pre-sales through to deployment and support transition.

Responsibilities include planning, stakeholder management, creating and maintaining project plans, and reporting health metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology.
• 3+ years software implementation and services experience.
• 3+ years PM experience with external clients.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum framework.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 50%.
• Willingness to work in a matrixed project environment.
• MS Project and advanced Microsoft Office skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and scope.
• Prepare and manage project plans including data conversion, software releases, and deployments.
• Develop, monitor, and report project status and health metrics.
• Serve as a communications hub for executive-level updates.
• Contribute to PMO standards and implementation best practices.
• Draft proposal responses, statements of work, and project artifacts.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement resolutions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture learnings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
