Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead internal and external client software implementation projects. You will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets, with up to 50% travel nationwide.

The role requires at least 3 years of PM experience with external clients, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Experience in Agile/Scrum is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology and minimum three years software implementation/services experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, stakeholder relationships, communications, resources, financials, change management, risks mitigation and deliverables.
• Coordinate with client project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project scope delivery.
• Prepare and manage project plans covering data conversion, software releases, environment prep, training, testing and rollout.
• Develop, monitor and report project status/health metrics for stakeholders.
• Serve as a communications hub and provide executive-level updates.
• Contribute to PMO standards, tooling updates and process improvements.
• Draft proposals, statements of work, execution plans and project artifacts.
• Identify risks and escalated issues and implement resolution strategies.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
