Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead client and internal projects with a matrixed team. You will plan, coordinate and ensure high-quality deliverables, on time and within budget, from pre-sales through implementation and support transition.

Responsibilities include managing plans, stakeholders, finances, and risk while maintaining strong executive communications. Remote work is supported with occasional travel; PMP/Agile experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology with software implementation experience.
• Proven PM experience with external clients and complex software rollouts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, relationships, communications, resources, financials, risk management and deliverables.
• Coordinate with client project managers and stakeholders to ensure project scope is met.
• Prepare and manage project plans including data conversion, software releases, training, testing and rollout.
• Develop, monitor and report project status and health metrics for stakeholders.
• Serve as a communications hub for the project and executives.
• Support PMO with best practices, tools updates and process improvements.
• Craft proposals, statements of work and project artifacts.
• Identify risks and escalate issues with resolutions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture learnings.
