Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to oversee internal and external client projects with a matrixed team. You will plan, direct, and coordinate all project activities to ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met with high quality and customer satisfaction from pre-sales through implementation and transition to support.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience with external clients, strong leadership, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology required.
• 3+ years PM experience with external clients.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and track complex software implementations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project engagements from planning to delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications.
• Coordinate with client project managers and stakeholders to ensure scope and expectations are met.
• Develop and manage project plans covering data conversion, software releases, environment setup, training, testing and rollout.
• Monitor, report, and communicate project status and health metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a communications hub for the project and support PMO activities and process improvements.
• Prepare proposals, statements of work, and project execution documents.
• Identify risks and issues and implement resolution strategies.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
