Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking an energetic Project Manager to oversee internal and external client projects of varying size and complexity with a matrixed team. You will ensure deliverables, timelines and budgets are met with high quality and customer satisfaction from pre‑sales through to implementation and transition to support.

Responsibilities include planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and coordinated communication with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology and 3+ years of software implementation/services experience.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex software rollouts in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience handling internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project activities to ensure deliverables, timelines and budgets are met with quality.
• Coordinate planning, resources, financials, risk mitigation and stakeholder communications.
• Develop project plans for data conversion, product customization, testing and rollout.
• Provide status updates and executive communication; support PMO and process improvements.
