Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead internal and external client projects of varying size with a matrixed team. You will plan, coordinate, monitor and drive deliverables, timelines and budgets to achieve high customer satisfaction from pre-sales to implementation and transition to support.

The PM will work with client stakeholders, manage project plans including data conversion and software releases, and report on project health.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology.
3+ years software implementation and services experience.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, stakeholders, communications, resources, financials and risk.
Coordinate with client project managers and stakeholders to meet scope, timelines and budgets.
Develop and manage project plans for data conversion, software releases, training, testing and rollout.
Monitor status and health metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as project communications hub and provide executive-level reports.
Support PMO by standardizing practices and improving processes.
Prepare proposals, statements of work and project execution plans.
Identify risks and escalate issues with resolution plans.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
