Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced software engineering leader to drive design and delivery of features for the core product. You will manage a team, mentor engineers, and align technical decisions with business goals.

The role focuses on hands-on architecture input, code reviews, and coaching on best practices while guiding team workload and ensuring timely delivery. Remote-friendly with strong collaboration expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience, 2+ years in AVP/external equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience in software development preferred.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming and relational databases.
• 2+ years as a people manager.
• Expert proficiency with C# and .NET Framework (ASP.Net preferred).
• Experience with microservice architectures, AWS cloud, and Kubernetes.

• Lead and manage a software development team for core product features.
• Collaborate with analysts, product stakeholders, and support teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Oversee design, code quality, release readiness, and production support.
