Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation is seeking a high-impact senior software leader to drive the core product’s architecture, design, and delivery. You will manage a team of engineers, collaborate with analysts and product stakeholders, and ensure scalable, reliable software delivery while guiding technology choices and best practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, modern cloud-native approaches, and mentoring direct reports within a remote-friendly US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 2+ years in AVP level or equivalent.
• 7+ years in software development preferred.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
• Minimum of 2+ years as a people manager.
• Expert proficiency with C# and SQL; experience with .NET Framework (ASP.NET preferred).
• Experience with microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a software development team delivering core product features and functionality.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Oversee design, code quality, release readiness, and production support for reliable software.
• Evaluate new tools and approaches to improve product capability and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, architecture input, and code reviews.
