Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned software executive to lead full lifecycle development across client-facing and internal platforms. You will mentor teams, shape the technical roadmap, and ensure scalable, secure solutions that align with business goals.

incumbent will oversee architecture, API integration, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in a VP-level role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
• Strong object-oriented analysis, design, and programming principles.
• Experience with application integration and building APIs for rapidly integrating products.
• Experience leading Agile Scrum and DevOps delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers, technical leads, and delivery teams.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software products and platforms.
• Define and guide architecture decisions to promote reuse, scalability, and security.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive Agile practices, delivery planning, and metrics for continuous improvement.
